Chocolate can be good for you! As studies show that eating chocolate, primarily dark chocolate, may contribute to improved cardiovascular health.

Bliss Life: Hate headaches!

Okay back! It's been so many days that I keep late post or didn't even post!

Sooo! It has been like 3-4 days every night I will be having massive heavy dizzy & head spins! Gosh hate that feeling!

Even hate to be sick! Solution? DRINK A LOT WATER ._.

This coming Friday-Sunday will be working at SCC for F1! Additional job scope? At registration counter serve customers & do cashiering for cash coupons =\\! Working till midnight! Am soooo excited to work again for SCC especially during F1! :) 

Tomorrow going swimming =\\ hope can chill my headache so won't get any fever! Its also been like, for 1 week++ I have been wearing lens at home & have not make my new spec yet as my degree for right eye has gone down *Yippes!* !:)

So its either this week or next week I will either do reviews on products or mask reviews!^^

1. Papaya:

Papaya is a natural exfoliating tonic.

Bliss Life: About Blogger? Hate or not?

Hey guys!

So today I'm going to talk about 'Blogger? Hate or not?'.

Recently received a question about 'Can you talk about blogger's life?'

As you see, bloggers are always being criticize of what they do/say/behave/the way they looks.

& I'm going to talk about 1 successful blogger whose currently named the 'Queen of Blogger' in Singapore, as you know she's so called Xiaxue.

About Xiaxue, before she was famous I don't get it why people hate her due to her hair or the way she talks/behave or if she's plastic. Well I just want to tell & ask you guys, alright I know she did plastic in her nose to make her pretty. But does it affect or make you irritated? It's her life isn't it?

There's 2 points I would like to highlight:

1. Since you guys say 'omgg she's just plastic seriously, so disgusting.'

Then, I want to ask you. Korean-Pop known as K-Pop, they are all plastic! Which is far more A LOT plastic than Xiaxue. So do you hate K-Pop? No right? So why do you even hate Xiaxue for doing plastic? Plus she did it just to make her prettier & to satisfied herself. That's all. does it matters you?

2. Remarks from people "She's just a bimbo, pink-blonde hair -.-" .

Okay so what if she have pink-blonde hair?

First of all, girls, I would like to ask you, majority of you girls sure like pink am I right? Carrying pink bag/pencil case/water bottle/HP casing & etc etc. 

For guys, I would like to ask you, some of your do like pink don't you? Pink shirt/formal shirt/HP casing too. 

So question is, since you guys like/love pink, why even comment on Xiaxue saying 'Ohh what a bimbo, she knows nothing~' 

Seriously, I'm not defending her or neither do I know her in real life. I just want to be fair & want to tell all of you, seriously if you think Xiaxue is a bimbo. Then I have a question to ask you, 'if she's a bimbo, how can she even be the Queen of Blogging? Plus it's not like she know nothing.' seriously she have the talents on blogging & I totally respect her for who she is. 

You would not like to be judge or criticize am I right? You would not like to be judged so badly when a person knows nothing about you, am I right?

So it just basically means, think before you judge a person :)

Drinking Water for Healthy Skin & Body!

Hey guys!

Sorry for late posting :) Just got back homee! 

So I am going to share with you why water is essential &&& soooo important!! & most importantly to me, WATER GIVES YOU HEALTHY SKIN & BODY! :)

Water is crucial to your health. It makes up, on average, 60 percent or even more of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water!

Lack of water can lead to dehydration & I guess of course all of you know that! :)

So here's some TIPS you can make your water looks & taste yummy so you will drink it:

1. Add some lemon to it so it will be more flavoured.
2. Create your own vitamin drink! (Combine with your own vitamins supplement)
3. Get a nice water bottle everywhere you go! Hehe as I feel it will make you wanna drink up your water whenever you're thirstyy! :)

(More flavoured & HEALTHIER :)! )

& 7 REASONS to drink more water:

1. Achieve Healthy Skin.
2. Flush your Bad Toxins.
3. Reduce Your Risk Of Heart Attack.

Well, people always say "Must consume 8 cups of water per day!!" but do you know actually we need more than 8 cups per day?(Sounds scary but it's true!)

As you see by interacting with physical sports, hot weather(especially in Singapore) and heated/stuffy indoor stadium all causes your body to lose water! So I really can't stress enough that WATER is really really REALLY IMPORTANT! 

By making yourself hydrated with water, gets you good skin/complexion & good body! :)

Bliss Life: Friendship.

Today was such a busyyyyy day! Went out to hougang mall to mail heavy parcel to my friends! 

Afternoon, going to places & walking around shopping malls to look for products or any items that's yummilicious for my skin><.

TILL THEN, I realize one of my bestie today had just gone back to his country ): MR WELLY WHEN ARE YOU COMING BACK?!

Aww I couldn't believe that time pass so fast! Just a blink of eye he's with us during the Cheerleading event & at another blink of eye it's like OMGG YOU ARE NOT IN SINGAPORE ALREADY!): *PANIC&SCREAMS*

So I would like to tell my friend, Welly! Today's blog entry is specially for you!

Friends are like walls. Sometimes you can lean on them, and sometimes it's good just knowing they are there.

So guys, did you treasure your friends well enough?:) don't wait till your friend is gone then you're like 'omgg what the heck did I just did?!'

Friends can be as close as sister/brothers.

They get mad with you, keep our things with them and hoping you to forget & surprise you one day or even tried saying some dummy stuff hoping you'll smile when you're sad.

So do treasure them when they are truly your bestie.

Bliss Life: After Exams.

Okay so.. The first day where I started blogging(4th Sept 2012) was actually the day that MY EXAMS ARE FINISHEDD!*screammmss*!! :)

But what's worse?

For first paper which is the EOP(Events) I actually screwed up a little! ): You know why?! BECAUSE THE SETTLE OF THE PAPER WASN'T OUR TEACHER & IT WAS FROM BISHAN ITE. Goshhh! The questions asked in the exam paper was totally ..hmm.. CRAZY & totally not straight to the point !! After exams, me and my friends meet up & say about the exam paper! It was just so screw up! How can they allow & set such a paper that's sooo not straight to the point?+.+

Luckily, the other 2 paper in the next 2 day was perfectly fine & so much easier than the first paper we encountered! :)

Right now, I am waiting for my results to be out in 'End of September' ! *Nervous* ><.

As for now, I'm waiting to go & work for SCC during F1 period ! :)

Also, all family have problems don't they? Some was okay, some was terribly while some was miserable. But life still goes on isn't it? Happy or not it is still a day. So why not choose to be happy? :)

Soo.. That's all for today !
